If you don’t already have an ebay account, you might want to consider getting one. You can get almost anything you can want on ebay and usually at better-than-retail prices! Just make sure you buy from a seller with a 99% or better rating and over 100 sales. I have never had any problem as long as I have followed those guidelines.

Get the most natural looking ones.
Cut them so that they’re not too wide.
Apply them as close to your lash line as possible.
Apply mascara so that the false lashes stick to your real lashes.
Use liner to blend in the false lash line and your natural lash line.

Some pairs can be reused, some you can’t really. Read the box.

Oh I am sorry to hear about that! I don’t know for sure, but I do know that they grow rather slowly compared to our hair. False eyelashes do not have to be expensive to look good or natural. It is more about learning how to do it than paying lots of money for them. I have a friend who uses fake eyelashes on a daily basis. If you did not know her with out her fake lashes, you wouldn’t even know they were fake. She buys failry inexpensive lashes, but cuts small strips and places them in the middle to outer area of her eyelash line. It took her some practicing time, but it looks great how she does them now. I would suggest to buy a few packages of cheap eye lashes and see if you can make them work for you.

I recomend Max Factor false lash effect in waterproof. It’s not too expensive and you can buy it in just about any store that sells make up. I love it because it seperates and lengthens your lashes instantly. It also doesnt weigh your eyelashes down after curling them which a lot of other mascaras seem to do. And since its waterproof it lasts all day in any weather.
I wear false lashes every day but when I don’t I always make sure I use this mascara cause nobody can notice the difference! (:

Well, for starters, I’ve never been able to get my lashes to look super long. BUT I’ve come across many basic mascaras that, when used with another, can help you get the look you want. I’ve tried all those mascaras that claim to offer both length and volume and have never received what the manufacturer promised. Friends of mine used Lash Stilleto and found that their formula smelled so bad it made them gag, while I tried the Lengthening one by L’Oreal (the one with the ball on the wand) and found that the formula was icky and that the ball brush was super clumsy. Anyways, what works best for me….I used to use Mabelline’s Full N Soft with Maybelline’s Lash Discovery (this one is really good at lengthening and I do like the skinny brush). However, I’m trying to use more animal friendly brands so I switched to Almay and use their One Coat Lengthening with their One Coat Thickening. I have found that the formulas stay put without flaking, my lashes look long (not fake long though) and thick without looking spidery, and that my lashes still feel soft (not stick hard or brittle). I think these are really good mascaras… well for me at least.

I tried falsies too! I thought it would be amazing, but it sucks doesn’t it? What a let down. Anyway my favorite at the moment is Covergirl lashblast fusion. Honestly the best thing to do is to get one mascara for length and one for thickness and just combine them in layers.
