I want to enroll in an eyelash training, is four days training enough to learn?

I would appreciate suggestions, I’m thinking of other beauty course but for now eyelash extension interest me. I appreciate any feedback. thanks!

I’m with them, Daynie. Im getting my 4day course this Sunday and Im so excited as to what Im going to LEARN and specially EARN afterwards. Yes, I once tried having trained by Xtremelash Canada im from Regina and I was given discount for the training you should call them, I suggest get the 4 days training and u will get a free DVD

Has anyone done an eyelash extension course?

Hi there,has anyone done an eyelash extension course and regretted doing it?
I am qualified in beauty and spray tanning but really did not enjoy doing the eyelash extensions(the individual lashes glued on to own lashes).
I found it very tedious,intricate and didn’t enjoy it at all if I’m being completely honest.I took 3.5-4 hours to do each client as I tried to get every single lash filled in.I spent many hours over many months on lots and lots of clients(non-paying) and spent nearly a grand on training and materials.I didn’t give up but didn’t find it rewarding and I hated doing it.
I was wondering if anyone else has done this course(I did Nouveau Lashes)and whether they are glad they did it?
I’m also thinking of doing a nail extension course but wary as don’t want to regret doing that.I’m angry at myself for not enjoying or being a ‘natural’ with the lash course!Shall I just move on and forget about it and focus on different areas of beauty that could be more my ‘niche’?

the lashes are to intricate and time consuming i hated them now acrylic nails i thought i would hate and i love doing them! its so intresting and the nail art and 3d art for the nails is amazing you wont regret it!

Beauty therapist insurance and foreign qualifications?

I offer professional semi-permanent eyelash extensions. Got registered as a self employed and now looking for some insurance (public liability).
The problem is I got trained in Poland and no insurance company recognize my qualifications. They don’t want accept my certificate (translated into english of course).
Any advice what I can do get insured? Am not going to obtain any english beauty course. It doesnt make sense to do same type of course I’ve already done.

You will not be able to get insurance or in most states do this at all unless you get US credentials. Foreign credentials on not recognized in the US unless they can be documented as identical to the requirements for training here.
