What’s the best eyelash separator?

Question 1

What’s the best eyelash separator?

A lot of mascara can be clumpy some days. So when it is clumpy i like to use a good eyelash separator. I tried lookin in walmart but they had one brand and it was really cheap, clear plastic..doesnt look like it works well. My friend used to have this black eyelash separator and it worked SO good….just wondering where i could get one similar to that?

Answer

Sephora has a combo eyelash separator and brow brush – about $10.

Question 2

How can I use these makeup products to their full potential?

I got an eyelash curler, eyelash brush/separator and expensive mascara for Christmas. In what sequence and how should I use these products to make my eyelashes look the best?

Answer

1.Curl your lashes from the roots to the end.
2. Apply mascara from the roots to the end, separating every lash. Whip your lashes 3 times.
3. Take your eyelash separator and do the same: Roots to ends, making sure you taking off some of the residue of the mascara and seperating every lash.
4. Wait till you mascara fully drys, and then curl your lashes once again for really curly and thick lashes.

Question 4

I’m having problems with my eyelashes!!! Please Help!?

I always curl my eyelashes with a medal eyelash curler before I apply my mascara. When I apply my mascara after, I brush roots down. I use an old toothbrush as my eyelash separator and they always end up looking clumpy and my lashes are always ALL over the place. On top of that, I wait about a minute then I use my eyelash curler AGAIN, and they get all clumpy in one spot and flat. I need desperate help, nothing works. P.S. I wear contacts and I’m always complaining on them being dry. I’m starting to think they’re becoming dry because of my mascara. P.S.S. I use the eyelash curler in different spots when I curl, and that still DOESN’T work. I’m beginning to think I’ll NEVER be happy with my eyelashes… thanks for EVERYONE’S help!

Answer

heat your eyelash curler using your hair dryer for about 5-10 seconds touch it to make sure its not too hot curl your lashes and then immediatly put mascara on but first take the mascara wand and sort of skim it across the rim of your mascara bottle so that the wand doesnt have too much mascara on it start from the roots of your lashes and make your way up in a zig-zaggy way itll help get rid of that clumped look if you still need to, use an eyelash comb to seperate your lashes or you can try getting an old [make sure its clean] mascara wand and spray it with hairspray and use that as your lash comb i think the toothbrush messes up your lashes cause toothbrushes are so big goodluck, and i hope i helped oh and — i dont know about curling mascara but i use MAC plush lash and it makes my lashes look way longer & thicker but make sure that the mascara isnt warm when you use it [you want it to be room temperature] or else itll be really thin when you apply it and wont work as well
