I want to get false eyelashes. Do anybody know of a place in nyc that does really good false eyelashes?

I am going away for a month and I wanted the lashes to stay put for a month. I seen several people with false eyelashes that looks really fake. I dont want that look.

some packages come with the glue, they are very cheap, under $5 normally

Where do you go to get good false eyelashes applied for you?

I have tried the ones at home and just cannot get it right. I love dramatic eye make up but really want to try falsies and cannot get them on. I was just wondering if anyone had them put on and if so about how much is it? Is there any brand you recommend for quality or any that seem to last longer than other? Also, if I go in with eye make up already applied are they going to take that off to put them on first?

look around at different nail salons and stuff. we have one that puts them on for you and they stay on for about 2 weeks.

Are false eyelashes annoying? What are some good quality ones?

For halloween I want good quality false eyelashes to go with my outfit. I haven’t worn them before & I’m not sure what they feel like – are they annoying? Cause if they are then I probably won’t bother with them. But if they aren’t – where can I buy good quality ones that aren’t too expensive?

You can buy good false eyelashes at your local drugstore, but here’s a tip….cut them in half and glue them on evenly…if you don’t believe me, look it up….

Wet and Wild makes them and I think Sally Hansen. They run 3-6 bucks..I think

Are there good false eyelashes out there?

O.k. here it is.
My eyelashes are so thin and few that it looks like I have none.
What is the best mascara? And has anyone had their eyelashes dyed? If so, was it worth it? Was it expensive? And where can you get this done?

Try using Ardell growth accelorater ofrFiberwig. I used Ardell and it definately grew in about 2 months? The best eyelashes I think are M.O.D.E.L and Ardell. Ardell are sold in any drugstores. Try the individual ones-they look more natural. The best mascara I have to say is Dior.

What is a good brand of false eyelashes?

I have a pageant coming up in a few weeks. I need to find a good brand of false eyelashes. I’ve tried Revlon and had some trouble applying them. I need some that are easy to apply because I’m not very good at it. Any suggestions?

my all time favorites are ardell wispies. they are absolutely stunning. ardell has some other nice ones, as does MAC and NYX.
you can buy duo lash adhesive from MAC counters, that’s the glue that I use with these lashes and it works perfectly for me.
false lashes take a bit of practice to apply, so try it out a few times before your pageant to perfect your application, and get used to the feel of them.
some people prefer using their fingers to put on false lashes, while others like using tweezers. I suggest you try both ways and see what works best for you
if you wait like 30 seconds for the glue to get a bit tacky before you put on your lashes it will be easier for them to apply, and you won’t get glue everywhere.
if your eyes are huge then skip this, but for most people the lashes are actually a bit too big for their eyes, so it helps to measure the lashes against your eyes and trim the outer ends if you find this is the case.
make sure you apply the glue in a line across the base of the lashes, and have the most glue at the corners were the lashes tend to lift.

Drugstore brands please. Price doesn’t matter. HAS to last for 5 hours atleast, so it has to have great glue.
I don’t have time to go to the mall today, so please make sure it’s at somewhere like Walgreens. or even Target..

please send me the link to great false/fake eyelashes but that are not on a strip. Are the separates better? I want to use them more on the end of my eyes not on the whole thing.

You can get this for very cheap ($1.74) and just remove the bottom half…
