Question 1: False eyelashes, or blue/green colored contacts to Disneyland?
I’m going casual, so I want to play up my makeup and such. I don’t like feeling sloppy at Disneyland. I’d rather not wear Fake eyelashes AND contacts, so which one’s better?

No offense, but if it’s a casual event, then why would you play UP your makeup? And quite honestly, wearing fake eyelashes to Disneyland is ridiculous. You’re going to be running around and sweating a whole bunch, so there’s really no point in wearing makeup.

Moisturize like usual, slick on some chapstick and curl your eyelashes. That’s all you need. And if you insist, your contacts.
Question 2 : Can you wear false eyelashes more than once?
I have these large, lime green fake eyelashes for Halloween.
I have a party on the 24th and I want to wear them for Halloween, too.
So can I wear them on both nights?
They come with glue, they are not pre-adhesed.
So, can I wear them both days?

Yes, you can wear false eyelashes more than once. Remove them very carefully at the end of the first party (slowly peel them off your eye instead of ripping them off) and you should be able to clean off most of the dried adhesive. I just pick off the gummy stuff, and then put the lashes back in the original packaging to help keep them clean and preserve the shape.

Just make sure you are using the adhesive in the tubes for strips, and not the one in the bottle for individuals (that is semi-permanent and the glue will be crackly and hard to clean off). My favorite lash glue is Duo, but the Ardell one in the tube is decent too.

Question 3 : Colored false eyelashes and wigs?
Okay so I want bright pink, purple, green, and orange false eyelashes I could use over and over agiain.

I’m also in serch for bright colored neon bob wigs with bangs =]

Please if you can post a link to an online store or the name of a real store. =]

Question 4 : Will false eyelashes look to “OVER THE TOP” for a new years eve party tonight?
They’re basic black ones with a glitter lash-line on them. I was thinking of trimming them so they won’t look so over the top.
What do you think?

I’m wearing a green sequin dress with silver stilettos, so i thought the glitter on the eyelashes would match my shoes.

Well try to make them more similar to yours, but i dont think they would look over the top unless everybody else is not as dressy as you are. dont worry about it, you can always go to the bathroom and take them off during the party.

nope but just make sure you don’t get the stuff with adhesive already on them.
they are crap and will come off it like 5 minutes!
so if you have those don’t wear them.
if you dont don’t trim them, it will make them look strange.

Question 5 : Applying false feather eyelashes???
Since it’s Halloween, I bought a strip of fun fake eyelashes to put on. They are lime green at the bottom & get black at the tips. My question is, since most false eyelashes are black at the bottom, it’s easy to blend them in with your natural ones but these are green. How do I apply these? I don’t have lime green mascara so how will I pull this off? Thanks

u really have to have super long and thick lashes for it to interfere with the bright lime green on the lashes. These lashes are so much longer and more glamorous than you natural, that no one will notice your natural lashes under them, they will just notice those amazing lime green lashes. Trust me. lol
Question 6 : Can I use false eyelash glue to stick embellishments around my eyes?
• I have eyelash glue and some small, flat plasticy hearts (about 2mm wide) which I want to stick around my eyes for st Paddys tonight (they’re green). Can I use this glue? The funny think is it came with some Individual eyelashes which I cant seem to be able to use because the glue is so weak. So If i have the glue remover can I use the glue to stick the embellishments?

Question 7 : How can I give my eyes the illusion of looking bigger then they really are?
I have green-ish grey eyes (chang from time to time), but my eyes are pretty small. I was wondering if anyone could give me some make-up tips on how to make them look bigger and pop. I’m not willing to wear false eyelashes. My lashes aren’t very long either though.

put eyeliner on the top lid only put a highlighter under the arch of your eyebrow and in the corners of your eyes. curl your eyelashes wear mascara. you can do any of these by itself or do them all together

Aphrodite- White toga styled dress, with gold accessories and golden leaf head dress type thing, gladiator sandals, false eyelashes.

It depends on what kind of green, I only wear bright colors as an accent on my lower lash line, and if it was, say, moss green, then yes

Question 10 : Do you think Asian eyes are pretty *pic*?
So I always hear and read racist comments like slant eyes and chink. It’s not like all Asian people have extreme features. And then some think they are pretty and exotic. Then I question… what do they mean exotic? Exotic means different from what is considered normal. Doesn’t mean attractive. And I hate the way the media portrays Asian people in general. The whole passive submissive thing is so so dumb. Anyways that is my rant. This is a picture of me I have on false eyelashes and green contacts because my favorite color is green.

Yours are exotic because they are not stereotypical Asian eyes, but they are not stereotypical European eyes either. They look like eyes of a foreign race.

It’s because you have the traditional, almond-shaped Asian eyes, with a few key differences. The green of course, but also you can see your upper eyelid and your eyes are rather large. With stereotypical Asian eyes, they are small and brown with no visible lid.

That’s not to say one is better or worse than the other. And please notice that I say “Stereotypical”, not “typical”…meaning according to stereotypes, that’s what “all” Asians’ eyes look like, but in actuality it’s not true, which you can attest to.
