How do i get long eyelashes naturally?

is there any way to get my eyelashes to be just a little longer? my moms eyelashes are thick and long but mine are thick but i want them to be a little longer. please help

Hey there!

Try putting vaseline on your eyelashes every night for a while. I havent really tried it but my best friend told me it really worked for her when she tried it. Your eyelashes would grow longer and look more lustrous!

I sometimes get the fake eyelashes and find when I take them off my lashes are quite long for about a week to two weeks. How can I achieve this look w/out the fake lashes, which are a pain in the butt!

How do you apply mascara to natural long eyelashes without them looking spidery? I hate that look!?

I really like the short and thick eyelash look, but I can never get it because my eyelashes are long always turn out spidery when I apply mascara. I’ve tried trimming them regularly but that’s a big pain. Any tips? Ideas? I would really enjoy any kind of input from those with naturally long eyelashes. What do you do?

Try curling your eyelashes. Mine are super long too (not that I’m complaining ) and I’ve found that by curling them, rather than sticking out and looking comical, they’ll go up and made your eyes look bigger. Also, look for a mascara that says thickening rather than lengthening. Or anything with a fat brush.

heyyy about a month ago i had fairly long eyelashes but i wanted to get them to be super long and thick so i read that if u trim ur eyelashes they grow back long and thick. i trimmed them but i think i cut them too short and there thicker but they havent grown back yet….i dont know what to do or how to get them to be long again. i also heard that putting olive oil helps
i dont wear mascara or use a eyelash curler because my eyelashes are already curly
so any suggestions? thanks

every night before you go to bed if you add some vaseline on your eye lashes it help them grow thicker and longer!
It works! About three months ago, I began applying Vaseline to my eyelashes…wow, it works great! My eyelashes have gotten longer and less of them fall out. The lashes remain stronger, and more flexible, take mascara and curl better. I apply a coat bottom and top of the lashes at night, and in the morning, wash it off in the shower. Just don’t apply eye makeup while wearing the vaseline or your makeup will smudge TERRIBLY. Make sure it’s all off before doing your eye makeup.

I use maybelline Lash Stiletto and i also have Lash blast (orange) and great lash. (All by maybelline) I dont have an eyelash curler and im NOT getting extensions. I love the lash stiletto! A good thing to do is to pull the folds of skin on your eye at your eyebrow. This should raise your eyelids up (you will look a bit frightening). Then, using the Lash Stiletto, brush the mascara straight from the root up, repeating if you want. Do the same for your other eye

Hard time putting on liquid eyeliner due to my long eyelashes?

I have long eyelashes, that naturally curl up so I never wear mascara or or curl them because I love them how they are naturally. The only problem is that I kinda have trouble putting eyeliner on becasue the tips of my eyelashes get in the way and I end up either getting eyeliner all over them whihc makes them sticky and gross or miss a space on my lasline where I need the eyeliner applied. Any tips?

even as a makeup artist i do sometimes have issues with applying liner simply because i’m in a rush i need to get to work or something like that so i find the easiest way which will also work for you is to take a small mirror i use my compact and look down into it to apply the eyeliner so hold it just below your nose level i hope that makes sense and line your eyes that way do not tug on the skin it causes premature lines and wrinkles so that’s really not something you want to do if you ever need to hold the skin taught and don’t want to ruin your foundation take a q-tip and press it against the corner of your eye instead of stretching the skin out

Just dab a teeny bit of baby oil or olive oil on them every night to keep them lush. Just a teeny teeny bit.

Apply a dab of castor oil to your eyelashes every night. You can get it at a drugstore. You will see stronger thicker & longer lashes in about 4 months.

Lashes are fine hair which are supposed to protect your eyes. Dont use mascara. Just imagine the amount of chemicals. It dries on & then gets wrenched out. (Like depilatory wax). It will simply cause your lashes to fall out.

If you must use it, take it off as soon as possible with a little vaseline on your fingers. be gentle.

They say vaseline on your lashes helps it grow. Dunno if it works. Castor oil does it for me.
