Permanent eyelashes transplant

Question 1

Permanent eyelashes transplant

I\’ve had them done many times. They use a special glue and carefully put on each lash with a tweezer. While the extensions look beautiful and completely natural, there are many downsides — which is why I stopped getting them done:
1)They don\’t last very long at all. About two weeks.
2)They\’re expensive because you need constant refills. The first time is $150.00-$250.00, and the refills are $50.00-$100.00. Sometimes after a few weeks I had to get them done all over again (for the first time price) because so many fell out.
3)You can\’t sleep on your stomach or touch or wash your eyes.
4)Eventually they started to damage my natural lashes. My eyes were always itchy and when I finally took the extensions out the lashes left were much sparser than what I originally had. They grew back eventually, but I wonder if they would have had I continued for any longer.

I think the lashes are best for a one time event, not regular usage. It\’s a shame because they are incredibly beautiful and natural looking.

Thanks a lot for your post .it\’s very informative!

It seems that lash extensions can cause the same damage that hair extensions!  Hair extensions have left some of my friends with bald spots and broken hair.

I would definitely consider lash extensions for a one time event like you said.  They still seem like a better alternative to false lashes.

I think it\’s really better for someone with really thin or nonexistent
lashes – I\’ve met the doctor and discussed it with him – the transplanted
hair from the head is not like eyelash hair in that it is programmed to
grow to a much longer length and doesn\’t have the same texture.  So you
have to trim your eyelashes as they grow out and they will not \’curve\’ on
their own they must be directed with an eyelash curler.

Everything\’s a tradeoff
Too bad because I am really liking having long full eye lashes but I know I cannot keep getting the extensions forever. I think if they used nostril hairs they would have a sturdier texture like eyelashes.

I wonder wher you buy the glue? Would you happen to know?

Answer 5

I\’ve never heard of eyelash extensions. Do they use a curling perm on the
lash once they extensions are in?  I\’m interesting on knowing about the
permanent eyelashes too, wow, sounds great.
My natural eyelashes have no curl in them. The extension curl in the ends. You can read about them on this website and see pictures also. http://www.xtremelashes.com/?gclid=CNzopNba0YUCFUQ2GAodrzxl2g

I just got temporary eyelash extensions and I really like them and it
saves  time in the am. I never wore eyemakeup before, never really mastered
the  art plus the mascara did not make much of a difference on my skimpy
lashes  but now i actually have full looking long lashes and I wish they would
last  forever. I can get a refill in about a month just like nails but I will
be  addicted for life and I will end up with no lashes.  I remember someone mentioned a surgeon who does permanent eyelash and  eyebrow transplants on the east coast. I hope someone can please post  his  name again. And if you know of someone on the west coast in California  that would be great. Thanks

I got everything opposite.
Big lips, oval face, short eyelashes, brown hair, curly wurly hair thats frizzy and only looks good when straightened ( if i brush it too muuch it will fill the room in fuzzyness), small eyes, massivee

My sister ( shes 9 and im 13 btw) copiees my fashion and takes my clothes offf me when they are small. Its irritating and very frustrating.

I may beyoung but my friend are HAWT, their girls and stunning when they wear dresses,i wear tights with the dress, My mum dosent let me wear shorts and i feel like running away from home at tiems!
i JUST CANT BE NORMAL , I SEE MY SISTER EVERYDAY ND SHE SCOOPS UP COMPLEMENTS! I compared her for when i was her age as i got a photo of her .She looks prettier then me now but when she gets to my age, she will be an angel ( thats the msot thing i get anoyed of when thinking about it)

I think you are being too quick to judge.. first of all, all 9 year olds are good looking..they are little kids. she hasnt had to time get uglier yet. you are at the awkward middle stage… 13 is when you transitioning from a kid to an adult, its often a very awkward unflattering age. dont sweat it right now. even if your friends are earlier bloomers that doesnt mean you are doomed to be ugly just because you dont feel like you compare to them right now. I felt the same way at your age and everyone else seemed so much prettier, but then after a few years I caught up and was just as pretty if not prettier. at 13 you really shouldnt be worrying about this that much. just relax…
