hi there. i wouldnt recommend making your own tint, due to it being somewhere that can blind you… wouldnt advise it. i sujest buyng the item from sallys (beauty wholesaler) you should have a test done 24-48hours before tinting this can be placed behind the ears or the crease of your arm.effect on tinting lashes is simple it opens the cortex up in the hair follicle and dyes in the side. removing pigmentation/ dying the colour you want. a bit like dyig your hair. are you studying beauty therapy by any chance of so go to www.examtec.com may be helpful to you
